ASR is a turnkey interiors contractor serving the Miami-Dade area since 1998. We specialize in large-scale luxury residential projects.  We work closely with the client — whether it’s an individual residence owner or the developer — on every aspect, from conception to move-in.  This involves everything from purchasing accessories and furniture to storing and delivery and set-in-place, along with finish selection and accessorizing.

We have a network of fully vetted, world-renowned interior designers. When a client comes to us without a contracted designer (which happens often), we refer them to a few of the designers we think would be best, and they can choose the right fit.

We then work hand in hand coordinating their project from design intent through rendering phases, color boards to handing over the full ID plan set to the architect of record. Once completed plans are approved, ASR will price out the full interior design set, along with the architectural and engineering plans.  We provide the client with a complete, comprehensive interiors budget, along with a schedule.

We also take care of all permitting, ordering, stocking, deliveries and coordination of all designer/architect/engineer services, as well as construction.
