We recently completed a beautiful full renovation to a Bayside Unit. The vision was a beach feel executed with elegance and sophistication. The ultra-modern design is dominated by clean, bright white with lighting and other elements evocative of its waterfront locale. Augusto Busnelli specified multiple materials combining earth tone leathers with two-tone stitching, along with lots of glass and inox. Beautiful custom-stained wood flooring was designed to match the Master and specialty doors. This creates a seamless flow throughout the unit, extending onto the terrace, where the owners relax to a stunning downtown Miami view.
ASR successfully built floor-to-ceiling glass see-through wine storage and customized air ventilation with hidden diffusers throughout, just to name a few of the unique features in this home. The ability to execute these fine details to the highest level differentiates a fully customized unit and from a standard build-out.
